Watching him as a child.

When I was a kid I would plant myself in front of the TV to see Mr. Palmer on Shell's Wonderful World of Golf or the the series (don't recall the title) where he would play different golfers all over the world. He was without a doubt the reason I started playing golf. I kept begging my parents until they finally gave me a set of aluminum shafted Spalding beginner clubs when I was 16. I will miss seeing him more than I can express. I hope today's professional golfers will always use his example as the model for how to act on and off the course.
