I was a volunteer roving marshal in the practice area at TPC Blaine. I saw Arnold Palmer walking toward my area. He greeted a young boy and his mother on his way to the practice green. He stepped right up to me and said "Hello young lady. Are you enjoying your day?" I responded with "It's been a great day Mr. Palmer. How is your day?" We spoke another moment or two and I said I was looking forward to watching him golf the next day. I may not have anything with his famous autograph, but that few moments will live forever in my heart and memory. Truly a wonderful person Mr. Arnold Palmer was.
